An Altoona man was killed this morning shortly after 6:00 after he was struck by a Jeep while walking along Pleasant Valley Boulevard, near Delgrosso’s Park, in Antis Township. State police have identified him as 41-year-old Travis Replogle. Reportedly, the driver of the Jeep was traveling south when Replogle was struck.
