Alstom to invest $55 million in Newark warehouse for Amtrak service site

Alstom acquired the 20-acre site on Ogletown Road from Graham Packaging Pet Technologies Inc. for $25 million. The company will custom-build a new maintenance facility at the site to service two trainsets at a time, bringing the total investment to $55 million.
