The investigators seized more than 350,000 euros on the accounts of fictitious companies involved in this vast fraud under the scheme "MaPrimeRenov". Five people were arrested, three of whom were referred to Nice on Thursday.
Fictitious companies have been set up for large-scale scams under the "MaPrimeRenov" scheme. Five people have been arrested and held in police custody for organized gang scams and laundering, three people are now in pre-trial detention.
On Thursday, 16 October 2025, the Nice Public Prosecutor's Office reported that several people were suspected of swindling more than €3 million to the State through a scam in MaPrimeRenov'.
In total, more than EUR 3 million would have been wrongly perceived by an organised band
