Alleghany sheriff provides update on yesterday’s early morning shooting

William Sorrels SELMA — Yesterday, July 4, at about 4:30 a.m., a Selma resident Amber Dawn Kincaid contacted the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office dispatch center and said there were four men in front of her residence on Staunton Street in Selma.
