- On February 5, a crash near Pallam Borma Junction on MC Road left the child critically injured and admitted to Changanassery and Thiruvalla hospitals before transfer to Amrita Hospital, Kochi on February 6.
- The donated organs—two kidneys to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College, liver to KIMS Hospital, heart valves to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute, and eyes to the Eye Bank and Amrita Hospital—were confirmed by Dr Noble Gracious.
- Officials said the donation will give new life to five patients, and Veena George praised the parents for their decision, calling the child Kerala's youngest organ donor.
- The ambulance KL07 DF 3177 departed Kochi around 7.15 pm, police escorted it with traffic curbs through Kunnumpuram to Kazhakkoottam, and officials expect arrival within three hours.
