Upper Austrian Julian Schöberl won silver in a lightweight one at the rowing World Championships in Shanghai on Saturday. The 29-year-old had to win only the Uruguayan Felipe Kluver Ferreira in the non-Olympic boat class after best time in the semifinals. European champion Lara Tiefenthaler clearly missed the medals in the LG-One as final five. In third place the Viennese woman was missing more than eight seconds.
