Alberni Quay to Quay path closed for Somass site building demolition

Port Alberni’s Quay to Quay pathway is being closed while the city demolishes one of the last buildings still standing on the old Somass Mill site. The closure started on May 25 and could last until July 3. It includes the waterfront section between Tyee Landing and the old Somass gate, plus the Harbour Road section from the parking lot gate to the Domtar gate.
