Alabama below national average for gas prices - The Troy Messenger

The national average price of regular gasoline fell 3-cents per gallon over the last week.  According to the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report, the national average on Monday was $3.15 per gallon, down from $3.18 last Monday.
