On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers approved a Royal Decree, on the proposal of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, which regulates the direct granting of aid of up to 3,000 euros per person to obtain driving licences of Classes C and D for both truck and bus from which citizens of Ceuta can benefit.
