AI industry associations in the US are trying to prevent a class action by three book authors against Anthropic, which could potentially be joined by up to seven million other plaintiffs, making it the biggest class action ever. The associations argue that the problem is too complex to be solved by way of a class action because it is extremely difficult to find a solution to the problem.
