Agriculture. French wheat, collateral victim of the crisis with Algeria

While Algiers has diverted from French wheat since 2019 mainly for economic and strategic reasons, the diplomatic crisis between the two countries exacerbates the situation a little more.

The interference between Paris and Algiers also has an economic impact. Algeria does not buy more French common wheat while France was by far the country's largest supplier with exports reaching nearly 1 billion euros.
