The content of the agricultural emergency bill leaked into the press on Tuesday, 10 March, after its transmission to the Council of State. Announced by Sébastien Lecornu in January, this 17-page text evokes the storage of water, the fight against wolf predation and imposes European products in public canteens.
Access to water, polluted areas, livestock buildings, price tunnels... The government has just sent to the Council of State a text finally composed of 23 articles, to which Context had access. The law of emergency agricultural had been announced at the beginning of January by Sébastien Lecornu following the demonstrations of the main agricultural unions. The text provides for a wide use of the ordinances.
