Employers and Unions Agree on €946 as Estonia's New Minimum Wage

Estonia's employers and trade unions have agreed on a €946 minimum monthly wage for 2026, Kaia Vask of the Estonian Confederation of Trade Unions told ERR.

The Confederation of Estonian Employers, which represents the largest employers, has accepted the proposal of the national conciliator to set the minimum wage at 946 euros per month. The new minimum wage will come into effect on 1 April 2026.
