Agency pulls $7 million request for land in Lake Maumelle watershed; lawmakers expect review in January | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

For the third time, a legislative panel will review the state Department of Agriculture's request for $7 million in spending authority to allow the department to distribute a federal grant to Central Arkansas Water for use in land acquisition in the Lake Maumelle watershed.
