EADaily, December 8th, 2025. The Duma of the Nizhny Novgorod region awarded the medal "For Merit" to a 75-year-old resident of Naberezhnye Chelny, Fauzia Bayramova, known in Tatarstan as the "grandmother of Tatar nationalism." This was announced by State Duma Deputy Andrei Lugovoy.
