OTTER TAIL COUNTY, MN (KVRR) – An 8-year-old has been life-flighted to a Fargo hospital after sustaining injuries in a UTV crash. The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office, along with other agencies, responded to the report of a UTV rollover crash at 24041 County Highway 1 at about 2:45 P.M. on August 1.
