A drop in fuel prices has been observed at Latvia's largest gas stations (DUS) after the excise tax rate was reduced, according to data compiled by the LETA agency.
After the price of diesel in Latvia reached a new record this week, drivers can rejoice on Thursday. With the entry into force of reduced excise tax rates, prices at several major gas stations have already decreased - by as much as eight cents per liter.
