The 20th Annual Summit of the Committee on Intelligence and Security Services in Africa (Cissa) was held on 25 and 26 August in Benghazi, Libya, under the control of Marshal Khalifa Haftar. Fifty African countries were represented, along with several international partners. Libya, which holds the presidency of the Cissa in 2025, led the work.
