Bundestag: Union and SPD against committee chairman of the AfD

AfD complains against classification as »right-wing extremist«. Union slows down the debate on prohibition.

The Union and the SPD agree: because the AfD is classified as "secured right-wing extremist", the members of the AfD are not to take over the chair of the committee, and the AfD, in turn, sues the protection of the Constitution.

If left-liberals cannot find a political foothold on the right, they try to bleed their opponents out using legal means.

Several companies are suing the federal government in court. An AfD request to the Ministry of Health states: Even now, the state has to bear enormous costs.

The constitutional protection had classified the AfD as "secured right-wing extremist". The party considers this to be illegal and has now filed an action against it.

The Federal Office for Constitutional Protection classifies the AfD as "secured right-wing extremist". The party's demand to withdraw the measure does not comply with the domestic intelligence service. Therefore, the AfD is now taking legal action.
