AEW WrestleDream 2026: Full Match Card Featuring Clockwork Carnage
Official results showed Ospreay secured victory by scoring three falls in the eight-man contest, pinning Adam Copeland with only two seconds remaining in the bout.
- On Saturday, October 17, 2026, AEW World Champion Will Ospreay retained his title in the inaugural Clockwork Carnage match at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida, outlasting seven challengers.
- Adam Copeland entered the eight-man bout after a late lineup change, replacing Jay White, who was sidelined by an injury sustained during the September 26 Tailgate Brawl.
- AEW CEO Tony Khan officially introduced former WWE star Ilja Dragunov as the company's newest signee during the event, following weeks of cryptic vignettes featuring a metronome and orchestral music.
- Following his surprise appearance, Dragunov will make his AEW in-ring debut this Wednesday on AEW Dynamite in Coral Gables, Florida, as Khan confirmed at the post-show media scrum.
- Copeland, who announced 2027 as his final in-ring year, remains focused on winning the AEW World Championship despite falling short in Saturday's main event against Ospreay.
