[Ginowan] Ginowan Mayor Atsushi Sakima and Kenneth Ecsterstein, president of American Engineering Corporation (AEC, Oyama, Ginowan), which handles civil engineering and construction work and maintenance within U.S. military facilities, signed a naming rights agreement on the 10th for the outdoor theater and the municipal gymnasium located within Ginowan Seaside Park in Mashiki, Ginowan.
