Mayor Mike Aspacher has appointed Adam Skaff, currently a lieutenant, as the Bowling Green Police Division’s next deputy chief. He replaces Justin White, former deputy chief who was recently promoted to chief. Skaff started his career at the police division on Aug. 19, 2002.
