Stephen John Palazzi, 41 of Adairsville, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted a woman during a dispute on 4th Street. Police said that Palazzi choked the victim to the point she lost consciousness. The victim then reported that when she woke up and attempted to get away Palazzi started to choke her again.
