Austrian actor Peter Simonischek, one of the darlings of the audience in cinema, on theatrical stages and on television, has died. He was 76 years old. He was a regular member of the Viennese Burgtheater, and also performed several times at the Salzburg Summer Festival, where he performed in the role of Slehernik from 2002 to 2009.
