The Bács-Kiskun County Prosecutor's Office filed a motion to arrest the man suspected of killing Tamás Till on Friday, they told MTI in a statement.

Yet, a case is being filed against him for aggravated murder, as according to the prosecution, such crimes never, under any circumstances, have a statute of limitations.

János F. was taken into custody on Thursday.

The police issued a warrant against the murderer for a while.
