Interior Ministry says suspect served as top military commander for group's 'Homs Province'
The General Intelligence Service, in cooperation with the Internal Security Command in Rif Dimashq governorate, was able to arrest the executive arm of the terrorist ISIL organization in Homs, Khaled Ra ' ad Bironi, alias Abu Hassan Dushka, during a security operation in the town of Hajahira in Rif Dimashq.
