Roman Oleksiv, an eight-year-old boy from Lviv, Ukraine, dances again. A year ago, his life hung by a thread. While sitting in the doctor's waiting room with his mother near Vinnytsia, a Russian cruise missile hit. As many as 28 people were killed, including Roman's mom. The boy himself was dangerously injured. Nearly half of his body was burned.
