A third of the Czech population works too hard. In other words, they take their work home and continue to do it in the evenings or on weekends. Although it usually takes the form of "just" handling emails, texts and phone calls, it is not good. They are robbing themselves of the time they should be resting from work. This is according to new research from Masaryk University in Brno.
