A Theater to Eat

A literary critic recently lamented a journalism that, during off-peak hours, devotes a lot of pages to topics of gastronomy instead of literature in the strict sense, as if talking about food was not as important or more important than talking about letters, and whoever talks about letters, talks about theater. In these “roaring twenties” that we are living through, the number of theater works related to gastronomy has not stopped growing.
