Suspect in the Vandalism of JD Vance’s Ohio Home Must Stay in Jail Until Trial

- Wednesday a grand jury indicted DeFoor on a three-count indictment charging damaging government property, violence in a restricted building, and assaulting federal officers; the first two counts carry up to 10 years, the third up to 20 years.
- Court records show state charges were dropped earlier this month, a preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 20 in Cincinnati, and Vice President JD Vance thanked law enforcement, noting the Vances were not home.
