A state program now puts $3,000 in the pockets of foster, Covid-bereaved youth entering adulthood • The Mendocino Voice | Mendocino County, CA

So far, just over 650 young people have been approved for the accounts. They can use it for anything they want, giving them a sense of choice and freedom.
