Greek houses Phi Gamma Delta, Beta Theta Pi and Sigma Nu will be disciplined after providing alcohol to underage members during the 2024-25 school year. According to the WSU Sam’s Law website, Fraternity Phi Gamma Delta will be forbidden from providing alcohol during the fall 2025 semester for an incident in October.
