46-year-old Mohammad Akhtar died in a horrific road accident late Friday evening in the Maniyari police station area of Muzaffarpur district. The accident occurred near the Chauhatia intersection (Litchi Gachi) on Chhapra Maker Road, on the Madipur route from the toll plaza. Due to high speed, his bike went out of control and fell into a deep roadside ditch. The deceased, Mohammad Akhtar, was identified as a passenger.
