SNCF Voyageurs will simplify the numbering of seats in the TGV INOUI and Lyria, announced Friday the company in a press release, to avoid "a source of stress for travellers" and fluidize traffic.
SNCF has decided to simplify the lives of its customers. The railway company has thus announced, in a press release, a completely new system of numbering of seats. It will enter into force from 2026.
As on the Ouigo, the Inoui TGVs will have by mid-December a numbering that will begin with the number of the car... except when it is two digits. Change did not seem so urgent, and simplification, little obvious.
SNCF Voyageurs promises that its new method will simplify the lives of users. On the program: more readability and more fluidity of boarding.
