The Merchant Mariner, carrying over 174,000 tons of iron ore, encountered a problem and listed at approximately 5 degrees when it was 15 nautical miles from Dung Quat port. The ship currently carries over 3,000 tons of fuel oil (FO) and 200 tons of diesel oil (DO).
