After a long struggle, an agreement has been reached: The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) and the Austrian Ski Federation (ÖSV) have reached a comprehensive agreement on the international media rights to all World Cup races in Austria.
Seven-year license agreement on international rights from 2027/28.
The agreement is valid from 2027/28 for seven seasons, i.e. until 2033/34. and concerns all FIS World Cup events in Austria. There was a long dispute, the ÖSV had even brought against the FIS to justice.
The International Ski and Snowboard Association (FIS) and the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) have agreed on an agreement for international media and broadcasting rights at all FIS World Cup events in Austria.
