Pursuing their use on a large surface including Sundays, simplifying the process to obtain their approval... Presented this Thursday by the Minister of SMEs and Commerce Véronique Louwagie, the bill of "modernisation and simplification" of the tickets-restaurant satisfied the main issuers, less the restaurateurs.
No commission caps are on the program and the use of restaurant titles could be extended to all days of the week, including Sundays.
The reform, which has been under way for two years, must make it possible to modernise the system while "incentives more to consumption", according to the Ministry of Commerce. The restaurateurs are furious, Edenred and Pluxee fly on the Stock Exchange.
