The thesis of an accidental shooting was maintained by the police officer responsible for a fatal shooting in Nantes, in July 2018, on Aboubacar Fofana, 22, during his trial which began this Monday in the criminal court of Loire-Atlantique. This despite the questions raised by the investigation.
The CRS accused of killing the 22-year-old man in 2018 had first mentioned a self-defense shot, before talking about an accidental shot. A version damaged by the investigations.
