A place to call home

Black bears Noni and Tule have a spacious new place to play at Sequoia Park Zoo in Eureka. Recently, the two yearlings were let into the latest part of their existing habitat. The new space — known as “the front yard” — includes a waterfall and large pond to play in, log structures to explore and forage, and plenty of trees to climb.
