A Piedmontese "spring" under the snow

PINEROLO – This morning, Piedmont woke up to a thick fresh snow, the result of worsening weather conditions that hit most of the Alpine and piedmont valleys of the region. The heaviest snowfall occurred in the upper Val Germanasca, in Prali, where since yesterday evening between 25 and 30 cm of snow have accumulated above 1,500 meters.
