A van that was parked near the corner of Pampa and Ramsay, in the porteño neighborhood of Belgrano, jammed in the crack of a broken water pipe. Firefighters and AySA personnel intervened in the middle of the flooded street to untrace, with a shovel and wooden studs, one of the wheels of the rolling.
