On Thursday afternoon, the police were called to Metsanurga street in the Nõmme district of Tallinn. A group of dark-skinned men and women was moving around in the residential area, and their behaviour aroused suspicion among the locals. The police detained 15 people who are suspected of having entered Estonia illegally.
A security operation, supported by drones and helicopters, was carried out in Esenyurt under the coordination of the Istanbul Police Department to combat crime and apprehend criminals.
In one of the districts of the Estonian capital Tallinn, the police staged a raid in search of illegal migrants.
At noon today, 15 people were found near an accommodation facility in Nõmme, suspected of being in Estonia illegally.
The police received a report on Thursday that several foreigners may be staying in an apartment building in Nõmme, and there is reason to suspect that they have entered the country illegally.
