In August, the whole of Estonia, but specifically the small town of Viimsi, was shocked when a 17-year-old girl was beaten by a gang of youths. Although Viimsi received a lot of coverage at the time, it was said in various regions across Estonia that they also have children and young people in their communities whose home upbringing leaves much to be desired. What do the police think about the situation?
