A message addressed to dog owners is causing shock and confusion in Akaa. An aggressive threatening message addressed to dog owners has been delivered to the mailboxes of residents of Perhospolu in Akaa. Two residents have confirmed to Iltalehti that they have received a note in which the author, who claims to be a “turtle owner”, threatens the dogs with violence in great detail.
