A female teacher accused by her ex-husband of sexually abusing a high school student has reportedly been dismissed by prosecutors. According to legal sources on the 25th, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office recently dropped the charges against Ms. A, a former teacher in her 30s, who is accused of violating the Child Abuse Punishment Act and the Child Welfare Act, citing "insufficient evidence."
Prosecutors have decided not to indict a former teacher accused by her ex-husband of sexually abusing a high school student. The woman was also accused of taking her one-year-old son to a meeting place with the student and showing him kissing and hugging him, but prosecutors have declined to comment.
