Ersoy announced that this 16-volume commentary, written in Bursevî's own handwriting, was being presented to the world of science and culture for the first time in facsimile form.
The author's manuscript of the 16-volume work, Ruhu'l-Beyan fi Tefsiri'l-Kur'an, completed by the Ottoman scholar İsmail Hakkı Bursevi over approximately 23 years, has been published for the first time as a facsimile edition. Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy presented the special publication to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
