A woman got behind the wheel despite being drunk and her 4-year-old child was in the back seat. The incident took place on the night of Sunday to Monday, around 10:00. A patrol from the Rădăuți Municipality Police – Road Department, performing their duties regarding traffic safety, issued the required stop signal to a car traveling on Nicolae Bălcescu Street in the town. A thirty-nine-year-old local woman was identified as the driver of the car.
