The Civil Guard has arrested in Alicante a 49-year-old doctor accused of concealing spy cameras in the form of car keys to record his patients during medical examinations in the centre where he was engaged in his professional activity. He has been brought before the court as an alleged perpetrator of a continuing crime of discovery and disclosure of secrets.
«He has been released and now I am the one who feels condemned», narrates one of the 26 victims of sexual abuse of Carlos L. R, the primary care physician who exercised in the health center of Canalejas, dependent on the Canary Health Service, between 2010 and 2019.
He used spy cameras and recorded them during medical check-ups.
