Two people in Romania have contracted leprosy, Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete announced. These are the first confirmed cases of leprosy in Romania in more than 40 years. Both infected people worked as masseuses at a spa in the city of Cluj. Two other people are suspected of having leprosy and are awaiting test results. Authorities have closed the spa where the disease appeared.
