An 82-year-old man was injured as a result of a fall inside his residence on the Via João Gonçalves Zarco, in the Chamber of Lobos. The alert was given at 14:10, and the Volunteer Firefighters in Madeira mobilized an ambulance and two operatives to provide assistance to the victim, who had a bleeding wound to the head. After the on-site assistance, the elderly man was transported to the Emergency Service of Dr. Nélio Mendonça Hospital in Funchal.
